And while I’m on the topic of Asian movies portrating dance of one sort or another…
Zhantai/Platform has a beautifuly sweet melancholic and endearing scene where one of the characters dances alone to Teresa Tang (I think, not been able to find the song as yet) in a style combining traditional chinese and more modern pop dance.
Similar to Kuro no tenshi Vol. 1 but with 66% more women.
The dance scene isn’t as quite as good however.
