Not generally in favour of capital punishment (except of course for creepy people and anoyone else that annoys me) but these people should be flogged, have boiling lead poured into their veins; and then be hung, drawn, and quartered.

Have had several of my clients panicked by their fake ‘renewal’ letters, meaning we have to spend time explaining things to them, and any that do fill in the form and send it back, thinking it is legit, lead to me (as domain admin contact) getting multiple ‘Request for Authorisation’ emails on what seems to be a non-ending basis…
