\nHay que volar en este tiempo, a d\u00f3nde?
\nSin alas, sin avi\u00f3n, volar sin duda:
\nya los pasos pasaron sin remedio,
\nno elevaron los pies del pasajero.<\/p>\n

Hay que volar a cada instante como
\nlas \u00e1guilas, las moscas y los d\u00edas,
\nhay que vencer los ojos de Saturno
\ny establecer all\u00ed nuevas campanas.<\/p>\n

Ya no bastan zapatos ni caminos,
\nya no sirve la tierra a los errantes,
\nya cruzaron la noche las ra\u00edces,<\/p>\n

y t\u00fa aparecer\u00e1s en otra estrella
\ndeterminadamente transitoria
\nconvertida por fin en amapola.
\n<\/b>These days, one must fly — but where to?
\nwithout wings, without an airplane, fly — without a doubt:
\nthe footsteps have passed on, to no avail;
\nthey didn’t move the feet of the traveler along.<\/p>\n

At every instant, one must fly — like
\neagles, like houseflies, like days:
\nmust conquer the rings of Saturn
\nand build new carillons there.<\/p>\n

Shoes and pathways are no longer enough,
\nthe earth is no use anymore to the wanderer:
\nthe roots have already crossed through the night,<\/p>\n

and you will appear on another planet,
\nstubbornly transient,
\ntransformed in the end into poppies.
\n<\/b><\/p>\n
